Hab inzwischen die Lig, Mig und ISG. Liebe die Jacken von Carinthia. Die sind zwar nicht billig aber ihr Geld wert. War mal als Treiber mit der LIG in Dornenbüschen, Hecken und Unterholz unterwegs und die Jacke hatte danach nicht ein Kratzer. Die Mig hatte ich mir kurzfristig geholt weil es diesen Jahresanfang so kalt war, das war das letzte mal das ich Friere 😂😂

Teachers too it was a good day though I'm sure the janitor wasn't very pleased with all the little bits of debris left behind

One critique i do have. If it rains and the side that wil be facing the sky is just netting, You have no protection from the rain. Not only that, the water will have no way to escape and form a puddle inside your jacket, since the side that will face the ground will be of cordura. So if You lie on your chest while it rains, your jacket will become a water sack.

Below are eight effective strategies to block infrared camera and protect your privacy: 1. Stay Behind Glass: Although some infrared wavelengths can penetrate glass, the ones used by thermal imaging cameras cannot. Therefore, staying behind a glass surface such as a window, vehicle, or any concealed location can keep you safe from thermal imaging "spying." 2. Use a Mylar Foil Thermal Blanket to Cover Yourself: A Mylar foil thermal blanket is a heat-reflective, thin plastic sheet that reduces the energy loss in a person's body that would otherwise occur due to thermal radiation, convection, or water evaporation. By covering yourself with this blanket, you can make the areas of your body covered by it almost invisible to a thermal imaging camera. 3. Use a Wool Blanket: A wool blanket works similarly to the Mylar foil thermal blanket by trapping your body heat and keeping it from being detected by the thermal imaging camera. Although your body heat will eventually warm the wool material and make it more visible, it can still provide a few minutes of concealment. 4. Use Thick Netting to Conceal Yourself and Diffuse Your Heat Signature: Thick netting, such as the type used in military environments, can help you blend in with the vegetation around you. Although some of your body heat may flow through the netting, it will be "chopped up" into shards that are difficult to recognize as a person's shape. This type of netting works best as a screen between you and the infrared camera. 5. Place Yourself in Front of a Heat Source That Is Close to Your Body Temperature: A thermal imaging camera can detect you due to the difference in temperature between your body and the surrounding objects. Therefore, positioning yourself near large items that are equivalent to your temperature, such as a rock or a concrete block wall, can make your heat signature blend in. 6. Use a UV Protection Umbrella: A UV protection umbrella can shield you from the sun's ultraviolet rays and keep you cool in hot weather. Although the top of the umbrella may have a gleaming "silver" gloss, which could attract attention, it can still block the infrared camera. 7. Wear Insulated Clothes: Wearing insulated clothes, including pants, a jacket, and a hat, can significantly reduce your heat signature. However, it won't be perfect as the heat will build up again and pass through the neck and face pores. 8. Examine the Benefits and Drawbacks of Developing Tech Approaches for Blocking IR: Scientists are working on developing light, flexible, IR-blocking "shields" that could act as clothes or blankets in the future. One such product, black silicon, contains small etchings and spikes on its surface that help dilute and impede IR penetration. However, it is essential to note that the cloak would only make you virtually invisible to infrared (thermal imaging) cameras, not the human eye or night vision cameras.

A Gore-Tex bivy bag is nice to have but a bitch to enter or exit in the rain without getting the inside wet. (Don't ask!) TIP: Roll over so the opening is facing DOWN for exit /entry in rain or heavy snow.

Die beiden versetzten Bereiche ermöglichen es, dass MOLLE-kompatible Zusatztaschen immer in einer zentralen Position auf dem Panel befestigt werden können, unabhängig davon, ob sie mit einer geraden oder ein ungeraden Anzahl MOLLE-Streifen daherkommen.
